iSpartan is a portal providing online services to SJSU F-1 and J-1 international students and scholars. Through iSpartan you will be able to submit and check the progress of your service requests (e-forms).

iSpartan E-Form Process and Workflow 

  1. Student submits e-form in iSpartan
  2. Academic Advisor reviews e-form
    • Advisor receives email with link to iSpartan
  3. ISSS Advisor reviews e-form
  4. SEVIS record updated
    • Student Receives updated I-20
