Biography

Elizabeth V. Navarro joined the Office for Faculty Success in March 2022. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San José State University, and has a professional background in Human Resources, most recently for the City of San José.

Primary Duties

• Provide administrative and technical support for faculty recruitment, tenure, promotion, data collection, and training
• Collaborate with departments, colleges, and other units to monitor and improve Faculty Success processes
• Collect and organize data for Faculty Success
