Spartan Bookstore Deferred Payment Program

Registered SJSU students may charge books and supplies purchased at the Spartan Bookstore to their MySJSU student account up to $900.00 per semester. 

At checkout, eligible students sign the bookstore receipt, consenting to have the charges posted on their student financial accounts each time they shop at the bookstore. Log into your MySJSU to confirm the outstanding payment due and payment due date. The bookstore deferred payment program is optional; degree-seeking and registered students are eligible to participate. Open University, transitory students, and Early Start summer-only students are not eligible.  

Students eligible for veteran benefits, should provide purchase order information at checkout to ensure correct billing.

Present a valid Tower ID card at the bookstore during time of purchase. Students may return books in original condition during the first week of class with a receipt. Return policies differ for other merchandise, so check with the bookstore for more information. Check your MySJSU account for payment due dates.
