MyProgress Graduation Status
If you are a graduating senior, you will receive a notification about your graduation status based on your MyProgress report. The notification will be sent within 7–10 business days after you register for your final semester.
"On Track"
You are on track to meet degree requirements with your in-progress courses.
"Off Track"
You have outstanding degree requirements (red squares). See an advisor to review your MyProgress and identify necessary steps.
Fixing "Off Track" Issues
Incomplete Grades (I), Report Delayed Grades (RD), Report in Progress (RP)
Contact your professor or your department for grade-related issues.
Study Abroad Courses
Transcripts from abroad can take several months to process. If you are enrolled in study abroad during your final semester, your graduation may be delayed. Follow the Study Abroad Office's recommendations and work closely with your academic advisor.
In-Progress Courses at Another Institution
Submit official transcripts for transfer credit as soon as they are available.
Course Substitutions (Exceptions)
If you are using a course as a substitution for another required course, the request to approve that substitution may still be in progress.
Missing Courses
Some majors have a minimum grade requirement. Please review the required minimum grade on MyProgress and check the grade you received.
"Applied" Graduation Status
Final reviews of degree progress can only be completed once you are enrolled in your final semester. This ensures we have a complete and accurate record of your coursework and remaining requirements.
Once you register for your final semester, you should receive a notification within 7-10 business days.
