Tai Chi: Tuesday/Thursday 11:00 pm - 11:45 pm
According to the Mayo Clinic, Tai Chi was originally developed for self-defense, but has evolved into a graceful form of exercise used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

Waking up those muscles is a great way to start your morning or pick up your afternoon. Instructors lead you through a routine that covers all the major muscle groups while in the comfort of your own home. This gentle class is appropriate for anyone who wants to add flexibility to their daily routine. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Land Exercise for Arthritis:
Tuesday/Thursday: 10:00 am - 10:45 am- Lydia
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 11:45- 12:30- Liora
Exercise program that is designed to be low impact and take into consideration the needs of those with Arthritis and other joint conditions. Exercises are designed to improve functional ability, mobility, muscle strength and coordination. Can be done seated or standing.
