Come join Irene to “Walk and Rock” in a medium intensity, low impact workout. This class aims to improve muscular strength as well as cardiovascular strength and endurance.  This full body workout can be done seated or standing.

This class will be a low-moderate intensity group that includes cardio, strength training, balance and stretching. Participants will be able to work and complete routines that are designed to challenge themselves to improve multiple components of physical fitness. The class will be split into circuit training routines as well as aerobic routines that can be completed seated or standing.  Stephen
Beginning Weight Training

This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.  Using a wide variety of equipment such as bands, free weights and  your own body weight you will develop muscle stregnth and tone. Travis
Brain Body Balance

The 3B’s or brain, body, and balance focuses on overall body balance and coordination.  Participants workout by making the brain focus on physical activity, such as answering a question while trying to keep one’s balance. This total body workout will engage core and legs while coordinating body movement and brain power, helping a participant of any age or ability to become stronger and more capable. Gerardo

Healthy Joint

Come join Irene and “Move and Groove” to the music in a friendly, supportive environment.
This class aims to increase muscle strength and endurance and to reduce joint pain and stiffness. The instructor will  focus on increasing range of motion within the joint areas that are important for day to day living.
This exercise program is suitable for all fitness levels and can be done seated or standing.

Seated Yoga

Hybrid Seated Fitness

Maintain and increase your range of motion with some moderate intensity aerobics. Work on muscle tone with various at home weight options or focus on functional movement without weights.  This class is now being offered in person and online concurrently.  Carina
Tai Chi

According to the Mayo Clinic, Tai Chi was originally developed for self-defense, but has evolved into a graceful form of exercise used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions.
