Summer 2025 online application & initial housing payment due. 

Deadline to submit new Fall 2025 application for roommate matching and the ability to establish a Housing Installment Payment Plan with 4 installments. 

Remainder of Summer 2025 housing charges due date. 

CVC Suites, Spartan Village on the Paseo, International House, Classics & CV2 close at 2:00 p.m. Dining Commons closes at 2:00 p.m. after lunch service. Summer housing options available.

CVA & CVB Apartments close at 12:00 noon. Summer housing  options available. 

 Fall semester payment or 1st installment payment due. 

Last day to cancel CVA, CVB, CVC Suites, Spartan Village on the Paseo, International House, Classics & CV2 with a $100 license processing fee. (Application fee is non-refundable along with any previous late fees). 

Last day to request Early Arrival check in for Fall 2025. 

Last day to change meal plan until official meal plan change week for Fall 2025.
