Bio

James Wojtowicz is a multidisciplinary Creative Director, Educator, Speaker and Artist. His career spans advertising and design agencies, in-house creative leadership roles, magazine and book publishing, feature films, experiential activations and content creation.

In 2005, he developed classes that helped launch the Advertising Program at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles and from 2010 to 2013, he ran the Advertising Department at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, where he implemented a wide range of student-centered curriculum changes emphasizing creative growth and collaboration.

At the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2014, he co-founded the Young & Hungry Advertising Agency–an experiential education program that sharpens student’s professional skills before graduating, by working on real projects for both high profile brands and social good projects–including: BMW, Red Bull, Habitat for Humanity, San Francisco Civic Symphony and many others.

James has lectured about the creative process at the Smithsonian Institute Design Conference in New York City and has been a contributing writer to AdWeek. He is passionate about empowering people to realize and reach their creative potential and delivers creativity seminars around the world.
