Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

As an SJSU staff, faculty member, or student, you have full access to the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite: Lucidchart and Lucidspark. Use Lucidchart to automatically create flowcharts and diagrams. Use Lucidspark as a virtual whiteboard to build collaboration.

What You Need to Know

    • When to use it: For the "beginning" of a project.
    • Features: Infinite canvas, digital sticky notes, freehand drawing, and real-time voting.
    • Best for: Group brainstorming, icebreakers, and quick "napkin sketches" during meetings and timelines.
  • Lucidchart (The Intelligent Diagrammer)
    • When to use it: For the "planning and documentation" phase.
    • Features: Drag-and-drop flowcharts, organizational charts, and technical system maps.
    • Best for: Formalizing processes, mapping out code, or creating professional visuals for presentations.

  • Lucidchart is a visual communication and cross-platform tool that allows users to collaborate on drawing, revising, and sharing charts and diagrams.
  • Make flowcharts, create diagrams, visualize ideas, and more.
