SJSU IT has secured campus-wide licenses to MATLAB, Simulink, and companion toolboxes for our researchers. All active SJSU users, including students, are covered by the campus-wide license and can install this software on their home or work computers.


SPSS Statistics is a software program for statistical data analysis. AMOS SPSS is a software suite used for data management and statistical analysis. It includes statistical functions related to descriptive statistics, bivariate statistics, and numerical and group predictions. 


Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) is a web-based application developed by Vanderbilt University to capture data for clinical research and create databases and projects. 


SAS is an analytics software package, which facilitates extraction and manipulation of statistical data from multiple sources. 


NVivo is software that supports qualitative and mixed methods research. It helps you organize, analyze and find insights in unstructured, or qualitative data. 


Qualtrics is online survey software that empowers you to collect, analyze and act on relevant data.
