What You Need to Know

PeopleSoft (MySJSU) is a system of records, capturing and organizing essential academic and administrative data, such as student enrollment, grades, transcripts, and other critical information, throughout a student's academic journey.


Students can use MySJSU to add/drop classes, view your grades, reset your PIN and much more!

Faculty & Staff

Faculty can use MySJSU to view advising info and print class rosters, advising info, enter student grades, use the University Expert Database. 

SJSU employees can use MySJSU to update personal data, view benefit information, view and/or update absence information
