File Data Storage provides secure storage space on campus-owned servers, which are easily accessible from any computer running the current Windows PC or Mac operating systems.
This storage option is used for these situations:
- For document archival when an employee leaves SJSU
- When granular file access control is required
- When the storage of Level 1 Confidential Data is required
