  1. Complete New Employee Paperwork
    • Paperwork should be completed as soon as possible
  2. Activate Your SJSUOne and Duo Accounts
    • These steps can only be done after your new hire paperwork is complete. You will receive an email alerting you that your SJSU Email has been created. After receiving that email, please wait 24-48 hours to activate your SJSUOne and Duo accounts. The process may not be fully complete when you receive the email. If after 48 hours you are not able to activate your SJSUOne account, please email hr-info-systems@sjsu.edu for assistance.
  3. Complete Your Onboarding Tasks
    • If you went through a recruitment for your new position, review and complete your Onboarding tasks via the Employee portal (log into the Careers portal to access the Employee portal). Individuals not hired through a recruitment will not have access to this portal.
